Dawn Tomlin
Digital Marketing
Dawn is our Digital Marketing Manager, taking care of all aspects of email campaign marketing, online promotions and the statistical reports that go with them.
Dawn has a precise working knowledge of online marketing and databases. A great communicator, you’ll understand every aspect of your project development.
As well as a passion for marketing statistics, Dawn likes to relax with a paintbrush and canvas.
Kevin Lapper
Creative Design
Kev is the Creative Designer of Carter Communication, responsible for making sure everything looks pretty and makes sense. Taking care of print, web and multimedia design requirements, Kev’s interest in architecture, the environment, animals and technology build a creative mind that is adaptable to every conceivable project.
If he’s not hidden behind his iMac, you’ll probably find him paddling for the next wave down at Saunton.
Tina Sharp
Print Production
Tina has worked within The Carrier Group for over 14 years. Throughout this time she has held a number of different roles, now part of the Carter Communication Team she has gained a diverse understanding of all Carter services, and an extensive knowledge of design and print, ensuring that the final production will exceed your expectations.
When not at the end of the telephone, Tina can normally be found in a pair of wellies, knee deep in mud, surrounded by horses.
Paul Freeman
Web Development
Paul is our enthusiastic Web Developer. With a successful portfolio of projects produced to a high standard, Paul has the ability to keep up with advances in technology, furthering his professional development and thriving to conform to changing standards and coding techniques.
Paul works with ASP, ASP.NET, DHTML, XML, SQL, CSS and Javascript. When he’s not working with a bunch of abbreviations, you’ll probably see him at the local squash court.
